- Mr. R.V.N. Rao - Founding Member and Promoter. He is a senior insurance professional with more than 30 years experience with New India Assurance in India and Insurance Brokers in UAE . He heads the commercial line of business at Insighters.
- Mr. Rishee Sudershan - Promoter CEO Rishee is a M.B.A in Marketing from SCMHRD Pune, Certified by LOMA and SII. He has over 16 years overall experience and out of which 10 years in the Insurance Industry. He has worked with Bajaj Allianz in India as Head of Alternate Channel for South Region, Mashreq Bank in UAE and his last major assignment was Head of Bancassurance with Noor Islamic Bank in U.A.E. Rishee’s core expertise rests in building start up businesses and is one of the few Insurance professionals who has a solid grounding in Conventional Insurance and Takaful (Islamic Insurance).
- Mr. Siddarth Razdan - Promoter COO and CFO Sid as he is popularly called is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with over 18 years post qualification experience including 9 years in U.A.E. He has been CFO for GCC of a Fortune 500 Company and in his last assignment was GCC Head of Karvy a large brokerage house from India.
